- 5 Time All-State (1978 on 200 Medley Relay; 1979-100 Back and 50 Free; 1980-50 Free and 100 Free

JACK CAWOOD, Class of 1941 (Lettered in Football, Basketball and Baseball)
- LEHS (1938-1941) Lettered in Football, Basketball and Baseball
- 1939-1943 Lansing City Basketball City League
- 1942-1943 Michigan State University. Lettered in basketball. Leading scorer.
- Military Service – 1944 Played 1st Base for the Iowa Sea Hawks while in Navy V5 Program
- 1945-When out of Military Service went to Western Michigan University and played basketball
- 1st Team Detroit Free Press All-Michigan Collegiate
- Named one of Coach Buck Reid’s legendary team players in his career span
- NY Madison Square Garden All-Star team
- Set Record for number of baskets scored in a half – 20 points in 17 minutes
